Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is a space for counselors in Maryland pursuing LGPC or LGPAT licensure to reflect on their work, explore questions that arise in session, and think more deeply about their clients and their role as a therapist. We’ll talk through cases together, make sense of moments that feel uncertain, and support your growth in a way that feels thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded.

About Clinical Supervision

Focus of supervision
Supervision focuses on helping you think more deeply about your clinical work. This may include talking through specific cases, exploring clinical decision-making, noticing patterns in your work with clients, and making sense of moments that feel complex or uncertain. We’ll also pay attention to your experience as the therapist—what you’re noticing, where you feel stuck, and how you want to grow—so you can develop greater clarity, confidence, and intention in your work.

Who is supervision for?
Supervision is for counselors in Maryland pursuing LGPC or LGPAT licensure. This may include clinicians in the early stages of their careers, those building confidence in their clinical voice, or those wanting more support thinking through challenging cases. It can also be a good fit if you’re looking for a space that feels collaborative, reflective, and grounded in your day-to-day clinical experience.

Format of supervision
Supervision may be offered individually or in a small group, depending on your needs and availability. Sessions can be held virtually or in person, and we’ll work together to find a schedule that meets licensure requirements while also feeling manageable and consistent. If you have specific questions about format, frequency, or fit, you’re welcome to reach out to learn more.
