How I can help you
As your therapist, my primary goal is to create a safe, supportive space where we can build a genuine and trusting connection. From there, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you as we explore your internal and interpersonal relationships with curiosity and compassion.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, stressful life transitions, and trauma. I also have experience supporting clients navigating the mental health impacts of chronic illnesses such as ME/CFS and POTS.
As a new mom myself, I’m passionate about supporting others through the perinatal period. I’ve completed specialized training in perinatal mental health to provide thoughtful, informed care during this complex and transformative time.
While my primary therapeutic framework is Internal Family Systems (IFS), I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs and preferences of each client. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also integrate Polyvagal-informed perspectives to support nervous system regulation.
I offer both talk therapy and art therapy, often blending these modalities based on each client’s comfort level, interests, and therapeutic goals. As an art therapist, I believe the creative process can be a powerful pathway to self-discovery, self-acceptance, and healing.
I feel honored to witness my clients’ healing journeys and to walk alongside them as they navigate their unique paths in therapy. It’s a privilege to support others in deepening self-understanding and self-acceptance, discovering new perspectives, finding meaning and hope through challenges, and creating lasting and meaningful change in their lives.
